Job summary

An educational institution in Singapore is looking for a dedicated instructor to conduct group tuition classes for Primary and Secondary students. The role includes planning lessons, grading assignments, and fostering parent relationships. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have relevant teaching experience. Knowledge of MOE and AEIS syllabus preferred. Strong communication skills, particularly with Mandarin speakers, will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Conduct group tuition classes for Primary and Secondary students
• Deliver engaging lessons using teaching methodology and materials
• Plan, design and implement lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and reports
• Mark and grade assignments, providing constructive feedback to students
• Foster good relationships with students’ parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback
• Work together with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience
• Participate in curriculum development
Assist in school events, assemblies and extracurricular activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Familiar with MOE and AEIS syllabus
• At least 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience (H2 / HL / SL teaching experience is an advantage)
Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking parents/students will be an advantage
