Job summary

Lil' but Mighty Education Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking passionate teachers to deliver English lessons to primary-level students. You will engage learners online or at the centre, implement the centre's strategies, and contribute to curriculum planning.

The ideal candidate is experienced with primary education, highly motivated, and ready to work four weekdays plus a weekend, bringing energy and a can-do attitude to the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching children in primary school.
• Able to work 4 weekdays and one weekend (Sat/Sun).
• Driven and results-focused with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons online or at the centre with enthusiasm.
• Open to new ideas and feedback.
• Apply Lil' but Mighty's strategies in the classroom.
• Plan, review and evaluate lessons.
• Mark pupils' work.
• Collaborate with others to plan the curriculum and create new strategies and materials.
• Give regular feedback to parents on pupils' learning progress.
• Teach an average of 12 classes per week, including covering classes when colleagues are absent.
