Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and committed Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Little Green House. This role plays a key part in advancing our Literacy Smart Curriculum through a holistic, child-centric approach. You will collaborate closely with our Chinese Curriculum Specialist and Operations Team, maintaining strong engagement with ground-level educators to identify needs and develop targeted support strategies.

Job Scope:

1. Strengthen and further develop the Literacy Smart Curriculum with a focus on whole-child, learner-centered practices.
2. Design and facilitate impactful training sessions to enhance teachers’ delivery and confidence in implementing the Literacy Smart Curriculum.
3. Revamp and optimize the LGH learning environment to better support literacy learning and outcomes.
4. Continuously align both curriculum and learning environments with the latest SPRKS 2.0 framework.
