A leading company in the semiconductor industry is looking for a skilled technician to join their team. The role involves reballing integrated circuits and conducting failure analysis using advanced technologies. Candidates should possess a diploma in engineering and have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, along with strong communication skills as collaboration with internal customers is essential.
Job Function
Perform reballing for integrate circuit. Failure analysis scanning- X-ray and CSAM. Prototype assembly hardware repair.
Skills/Experience
We are looking for candidate who will be able to support our expansion.
The candidate should have exposure in semiconductor manufacturing environment with at least 2 years hands-on experience on reballing, X-ray and CSAM.
A good communication skill is required as the job will require communicating with internal customers.
Responsibilities
Perform re-balling.
Non-destructive Level 1 Failure Analysis tests: X-ray and C-SAM
Repair of prototype assembly hardware, including the extraction and mounting of integrated circuits
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering preferably Electrical/electromechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Preferably with hands-on experience on component soldering, re-balling, X-ray and CSAM.
