Responsibilities

• Conduct non-destructive Level 1 Failure Analysis tests using X-ray and C-SAM.
• Repair prototype assembly hardware, including extraction and mounting of integrated circuits.

Skills/Experience

We are looking for candidate who will be able to support our expansion.

The candidate should have exposure in semiconductor manufacturing environment with at least 2 years hands-on experience on reballing, X-ray and CSAM.

A good communication skill is required as the job will require communicating with internal customers.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering preferably Electrical/electromechanical Engineering
