Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable Technician to support semiconductor testing operations at Bedok. You will assist engineering teams in setting up test equipment, manage sustaining assets (Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark), and prepare hardware for remote testing and sanity checks.

The role involves operating in a production/engineering semiconductor test environment, handling Probers/Handlers and related equipment, and maintaining basic software tools

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Experience with HTOL support and ATE testers.
• Hands-on with Handlers, Probers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark or bench test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining (Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark).
• Assist engineering teams in setting up test equipment for engineering and production.
• Prepare test hardware for remote testing and perform sanity checks on test programs.
• Carry out characterization or sample screening as requested by the team.

• * 12 hours rotating shift, 3443, 7.30am - 7.30pm/7.30pm - 7.30am
• * Location: Bedok
• * 6 months contract job and renewable/convertible based on performance

About the role

Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production. Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc. Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.

• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications
• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program
• Carry out characterization on or sample screening based on internal team request

About you

• Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer or Architecture Engineering
• Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer or Architecture
• Experience in HTOL support
• Experience with ATE Tester
• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, Thermostream test equipment or bench test equipment
• Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities
• Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible shift in 3-4-4-3 pattern or normal office working hrs pattern; will need to be flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs
