Job summary

You will conduct analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation to meet requirements and assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The role involves preparing technical documentation, engaging in projects with cross-functional teams and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, equipment, or product development preferred.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, analysis, and testing.
• Familiarity with engineering software, tools, equipment, or programming languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and improvement of engineering systems, equipment, products, or processes.
• Conduct technical analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist with equipment installation, integration, commissioning, maintenance, and production support.
• Identify technical issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, work instructions, and project records.
• Participate in engineering projects and support their timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support operational and business needs.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable quality, safety, and company requirements.
• Perform other engineering-related duties and projects as assigned.
