Sputtering is the core process in media recording within our organization. We are a dynamic team operating in one of the world's largest state-of-the-art magnetic media manufacturing environments with highly automated processes and advanced control systems.

About the role - you will:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool.
  • Execute troubleshooting of equipment and follow up on chronic machine issues, including electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Collaborate with equipment and process engineering teams on continuous tool improvement focusing on reliability and defect reduction.
  • Propose ideas for improving equipment OEE, productivity, safety, and cost savings.
  • Receive training in data analytics and machine learning applications for troubleshooting, with feedback sought for ongoing improvements.
  • Learn fundamental vacuum technology and have opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
About you:

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Team player with good problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in a clean room environment.

Willing to work on a 12-hour shift pattern.

Your experience includes:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent (ITE or diploma).

Knowledge or experience in mechanical or electronic systems.

Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical equipment is an advantage.

Experience in clean room environments is an advantage.

Skills in data analysis and MS Office.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
