About our group:

We are a dynamic process team providing sputter engineering support to hard disk media production, ensuring compliance and conformance to process procedures.

About the role - you will:
  • Provide engineering support to the production line by ensuring process flow, specifications, procedures, and documentation.
  • Monitor process variables and make adjustments as required.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot routine or minor problems quickly and effectively.
  • Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breakdowns.
  • Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift pass-downs.
  • Assist in carrying out experiments aimed at process improvement.
  • Continuously improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
About you:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in a clean room environment.
  • Willing to work 12-hour night shifts (7:30 pm to 7:45 am).
