We are a Facility team responsible for the operation and maintenance of various utility systems such as Chiller, Cooling Tower, Compressed Dried Air, Vacuum, Process Cooling Water, UPW and HT/LT Electrical Installation, and Cleanroom HVAC equipment to support the round-the-clock operation of a high-tech manufacturing plant with high efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and innovation.

About the role - you will:

• Man Facility Control Center to operate/control/monitor various Facility equipment/system via SCADA computer
• Perform daily logging and update checklist
• Perform in-house PM
• Supervise vendor's PM/repair work to ensure services are performed as per Standard Operating Procedure
• Schedule and track Weekly/Monthly PM of various Systems and close computerized work order upon completion
• Attend to Facility system/equipment breakdowns in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime
• Attend to any issue affecting production such as power trips, water leaks, cleanroom sliding door malfunctions, etc. in a timely and effective manner to minimize impact
• Monitor and review equipment/system performance and capacity usage, and provide regular reports to superior for further review
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables, and other resources necessary to ensure adequate provision is maintained for uninterruptible facility operation
• Record keeping of water usage and perform continuous optimization of the plant’s water consumption
• Track and record Cooling Tower water quality (COC, etc.) for PUB's WEMP compliance
• Track CT water parameters (SPC, LB, etc.) for NEA compliance
• Record keeping of equipment service reports for audit evidence
  

About you:

• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn attitude
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts
  

Your experience includes:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Operation and Maintenance of Semicon/Wafer Fab/Electronic manufacturing plant
• Facility equipment operation and maintenance
• Hands-on experience & good knowledge of troubleshooting Electrical Distribution
