About our group:

Join our dynamic and dedicated Equipment Maintenance team supporting Media Process and Production. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement in a high-tech, cleanroom manufacturing environment.

About the role - you will:

• Monitor production equipment performance.
• Attend to production equipment unscheduled downtime, perform troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform routine equipment preventive maintenance.
• Perform offline servicing of PM components and spares.
• Perform equipment setup & upgrading activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis, provide corrective actions for yield or quality issues, and prepare reports.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects related to equipment OEE, safety hazard reduction, and cost savings.

About you:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field; ITE qualifications will also be considered.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Open to working 12-hour night shifts.

Your experience includes:

• Prior experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and servicing of production equipment.

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, supporting recording media operations. It is accessible via bus or MRT, with amenities such as onsite canteen, gym, dance studio, and recreational facilities. We also host community events and celebrations.
