AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Engineering Specialist (Heat Treatment) in Singapore. The position offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,500–3,500 plus a shift allowance, with Morning (7am-3pm) and Afternoon (3pm-11pm) shifts.

The role involves controlling heat treat cycles, furnace operation, and quality checks. Responsibilities include loading/unloading furnaces, setting process temperatures, testing hardness, and assisting with equipment shifting as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
• Load and unload furnaces and deal safely with any waste products.
• Set temperature for particular treatment, and monitor the treatment cycle.
• Responsible for heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.
• Test samples for hardness and ensure that they meet the customer’s specifications.
• Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.
• Involved in machine and equipment shifting as and when required.
