Job summary

Une entreprise renommée à Singapour recherche un Ingénieur Leader pour mener une équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques en ingénierie, de la coordination avec R&D et de l'introduction de nouveaux produits. Ce rôle nécessite un solide bagage technique en ingénierie mécanique et une expérience dans l'industrie pétrolière.

Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que leader en ingénierie.
• Expérience dans l'industrie pétrolière, de préférence.
• Capacité à diriger une équipe et à collaborer.

Responsibilities

• Diriger et encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs.
• Mettre en œuvre des pratiques exemplaires pour les processus d'ingénierie.
• Coordonner avec l'équipe R&D sur le développement et les tests des produits.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.

• Implement best practices for engineering processes.

• Coordinate with R&D team on product development and testing.

• Lead new product introduction and technology transfer.

• Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals.

Skills and Experience:

• Preferably 3 years of experience with experience in an engineering leadership role.

• Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, material science, or manufacturing.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry, in particular drilling and well completion, preferred.

• Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, or Manufacturing)
