We are the sole distributor for a comprehensive range of high-quality HVAC solutions, including URSA ZERO / ALU Acoustic Pre-Insulated Duct Boards, DS Panel Pre-Insulated Duct Boards, Euro Air Fabric Ducts, Rickard Electronic / Thermal Diffusers, ELTA Mechanical Ventilation Fans and Ventmann Frameless Diffusers—designed to meet diverse ventilation and air distribution requirements.

Objective:

To increase brand awareness in chosen market segments by identifying potential new business opportunities, expand client portfolio and establishes long term relationships with key clients and customers in line with business objectives.

We’re looking for a driven individual to strategized channel priorities, strengthening customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand presence.

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our ACMV product.
  • Develop and grow new accounts, particularly among ACMV contractors.
  • Drive sales strategies with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in a timely, professional manner, with consistent follow-ups.
  • Forecast demand and ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Resolve customer-related sales matters efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet all logistics and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in ACMV is an advantage.
  • Diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from a recognized polytechnic.
  • Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales coordination roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a long-term customer focus.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and hardworking attitude.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Additional

  • Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Sales Engineer Manager role.
  • Salary range stated excludes sales commission.
  • Transport allowance will be provided for candidates using a personal vehicle.
