Job summary

Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Quality Assurance professional with 5+ years in QA roles in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Process Automation to drive ISO compliance and quality control across project deliveries.

You will oversee audits, QA plans, and continuous improvement, coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure adherence to QMS standards and effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Quality Assurance role, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process Automation.
• Relevant experience in ICSS systems, such as DCS, FGS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of ISO Standards and Quality Management System
• Experience conducting and supporting ISO audits (internal, external, customer, supplier)
• Good knowledge of project quality processes: planning, inspection/testing, FAT, non-conformance, RCA, corrective actions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and project teams

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery QA representative for third-party certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO27001).
• Ensure effective implementation and continual application of QMS across the Project Delivery organization.
• Provide QA support and guidance to project teams on quality matters and QA plans.
• Oversee and monitor QA project milestone checks.
• Lead preparation and readiness for Customer Audits for the Project Team.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with internal/external parties; submit QA corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned; prevent recurrence of issues.
• Facilitate and conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys for projects.
• Support Corporate QA for internal, regional, and vendor audits.
• Act as Project Delivery Crisis management representative; prepare Crisis Management Reports.
• Support on operation risk assessment and quality input for sales proposals.
• Report project milestones and QA activities to Corporate and Project Delivery Management.
• Promote and adopt Quality System regionally; maintain QA SharePoint portal and risk register.
• Provide QMS & ISO 9001, project QA support and training for regional office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the effective implementation, adherence, and continual application of Quality Management System (QMS) principles, standards, and procedures across the Project Delivery organization


• Provide quality assurance support and guidance to project teams on all project quality-related matters, including the development and review of Project Quality Plans, and participate in critical internal and external meetings pertaining to quality management and compliance.

• Lead the promotion and adoption of Quality System for regional office and custodian for Project Delivery QA SharePoint portal, maintain and update the Project Delivery Risk Register


• Provide QMS & ISO 9001, Project QA support and training for regional office

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Quality Assurance role, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process Automation industry


• Relevant experience in ICSS system, such as DCS, FGS, etc.


• Strong Knowledge and understanding of ISO Standards and Quality Management System


• Demonstrated experience in conducting and supporting ISO audits, including internal, external, customer, and/or supplier audits


• Good knowledge of project quality processes, including quality planning, inspection and testing, FAT, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, project teams, engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
