Job summary

Qualcomm Global Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives for inhouse tools, AI-enabled engineering solutions, analytics modernization, and platform adoption programs.

You will partner with engineering, product, analytics, and business teams to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and broad user adoption. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end project plans, release activities, and user onboarding while tracking metrics

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Technical Program Management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with software development or analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of projects and releases.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track program progress and escalate risks or blockers.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product, data, and business teams.
• Prepare executive-ready project summaries and presentations.
