Job summary

Reach Electrical (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate engineer for a hands-on, mentorship-driven path to future leadership. You will learn heating equipment basics, assist in BOMs and drawings, and work on real projects from day one.

No prior industry experience is required; you will be guided by the Engineering Director and gain exposure to suppliers, site visits, and cross-functional collaboration as you progress toward an Engineering Manager role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with strong fundamentals in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• No prior industrial heating or HVAC experience required; eager to learn.
• Good problem-solving, attention to detail and numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn heating equipment theory and product range (duct, immersion, tubular heaters).
• Assist in BOM preparation for Tender and Shop versions under supervision.
• Read and produce technical schedule drawings (Word/AutoCAD) for projects.
• Shadow RFQ preparation and supplier coordination.
• Get familiar with relevant standards and documentation.
