Engineering Manager | HVAC products

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancements in HVAC and cleanroom-related products.
• Lead initiatives in new product development.
• Coordinate efforts related to product certifications.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Offer technical support to both the sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with the production team to boost efficiency and manage manufacturing costs.
• Supervise and guide the engineering team to align with both individual goals and broader organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in HVAC or cleanroom systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Suite.
• Able to collaborate effectively with external consultants, clients, and the sales team on technical and design matters.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
