Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a Proposals Engineer to prepare technical proposals and tender documents for power generation projects, including CCGT, EPC, and Steam Power systems.

You will engage customers to understand requirements, deliver technical presentations, and support clarifications and negotiations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in power generation, thermal power plants, or EPC projects.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, tender submissions, or bidding for power plant projects.
• Knowledge of CCGT, Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, and power plant systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with regional or international project teams is an advantage.
• Knowledge of commissioning, commercial terms, or QMS is preferred.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and project support.
