Job Scope

1. Lead engineering team on various work streams to ensure smooth operations of systems and production

2. Ensure the team adheres to strict timelines set and deliver

3. Lead and perform controlled tests on various feed stock types

4. Lead studies on outputs by systems – i.e. quality of syngas and biochar, energy regeneration etc.

5. Lead system design and optimization, and budgeting

6. Lead compliance with local and international regulations

7. Lead and review Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) and Hazard Identification Study (HAZID) in all system implementations

8. Responsible for Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and operation manuals

9. Support system installations and operations as required

10. Pioneer R&D efforts

11. Support other tasks as directed by the management

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

2. Proven >5 years of experience for Manager role and >10 years of experience for Director role

3. Hands-on personality, and able to work on the ground operating/fixing the systems

4. Comfortable working in Tuas and Joo Koon areas
