Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) seeks a senior engineering leader to headline the definition and execution of manufacturing processes for high-precision parts. You will drive NPI, continuous improvement and cost optimization through Lean and Six Sigma-based methodologies, mentoring engineers and building capabilities across the team.

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to define and execute NPIs and production processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Assess team capabilities and create development plans for staff.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure engineering standards are followed.
• Collaborate with production to optimize processes and manufacturing methods.
• Provide clear reporting and influence senior leadership with data-driven insights.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
