Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering work from project bidding to final handover.
• Build, manage, and guide engineering teams.
• Oversee third-party engineering vendors.
• Support leadership in technical decisions.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in engineering designs and calculations.
• Coordinate with other departments and project managers.
• Lead R&D for new products and processes.
• Share knowledge and encourage collaboration across teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Help plan budgets and allocate resources.
• Hire, train, and retain engineering talent.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, especially in water/wastewater treatment. Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Relevant certifications or training in engineering management.
