Job summary

We seek technically versatile builders who can translate customer feedback into real-world improvements while working across hardware, firmware, AI, and go-to-market activities in a fast-moving environment. The role emphasizes ownership and practical problem-solving at the new hardware/AI frontier.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years in a technical, product, or customer-facing engineering role.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and prototype building.
• Strong communication, able to translate between customers and engineers.
• Willingness to travel; cross-functional work in a fast-moving environment.
• We value initiative and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead application engineering and customer deployments.
• Deploy, configure, and support devices at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, BLE, and connectivity issues.
• Train users and act as the main technical contact during trials.
• Build prototypes and demos for customers and partners.
• Translate field feedback into product and engineering improvements.
• Support production, pre-sales, and technical partnerships where needed.
• Collaborate across lab, production, and business discussions to drive outcomes.
