About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to take charge of our fleet's technical operations, maintenance, and procurement. This senior management role will oversee all engineering activities, ensuring fleet efficiency, safety, and compliance. The role is based in Singapore, and we are open to relocation support for the right candidate. If you have a strong technical background in marine engineering, leadership experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

1. Lead and manage all technical and engineering operations across our fleet
2. Oversee vessel maintenance, spare parts procurement, and operational performance
3. Implement and manage planned maintenance systems
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
5. Manage budgets for engineering and procurement functions
6. Lead investigations and reporting on fleet performance and technical incidents
7. Mentor and develop the engineering team

What We're Looking For:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering Certificate of Competency
2. Experience leading engineering projects and managing technical teams
3. 3-4 years' experience in a team lead role in a technical position OR Senior Third Engineer (5+ years) / Second Engineer (2+ years) sea-going experience
4. Strong skills in leadership, risk management, communication, and problem-solving
