Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. You will work with production, engineering and quality teams to keep equipment and processes running smoothly, with full training provided.

You will provide technical support, perform maintenance and calibration, coordinate with supervisors on production schedules, and assist with process validations and supplier interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics or related field.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Basic understanding of machines, equipment and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work on rotating day and night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct process validation activities.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of machines and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers on technical purchases.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders on production schedules, audits and stock takes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, calibration and validation records.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment uptime initiatives.
• Take on other duties assigned by the engineering team.
