Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for an Equipment Maintenance role with a global medical device manufacturing company. You will be part of the manufacturing operations team supporting production of medical devices such as cardiac monitoring devices, pacemakers and cardiac leads.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, reading drawings and manuals, and ensuring safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• At least 2 years hands-on equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor or Manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment faults and breakdowns.
• Support equipment setup, maintenance and day‑to‑day production operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
• Identify equipment issues and perform timely troubleshooting to minimise production downtime.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support equipment performance and process improvements.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with established safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
