An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to ensure the smooth operation of facility and security systems. Job Description:
To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipments and fill up relevant checklists.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports.
Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports.
Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal.
Able to draw basic conclusion from data of meter readings.
To carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities.
To perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipment as per schedule.
Able to carry out troubleshooting works for facility system.
Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.
To liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers.
To maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status.
Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures.
Participate in annual budgeting exercise.
Participate in facilities improvement project.
Participate in Company’s Emergency Response team (CERT) and WSH activities.
To perform any other facility and/or security related work as assigned by management.
Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.
Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Facility Management/GCE ‘O’ Level
Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience
Good Microsoft Office Skills
Experience in manufacturing facilities is an advantage
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
