Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented technician support assistant to assist with investigations, troubleshoot electronic products, and extract data using designated tools. You will perform data entry, document records, monitor systems, and prepare periodic reports.

Coordinate collection and shipment of faulty components for further investigation, and maintain inventory records to ensure proper tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical investigations and troubleshooting of electronic products and components according to established procedures.
• Extract and retrieve product data and logs using designated tools, laptops and equipment.
• Perform data entry, uploading and documentation in internal and external management systems.
• Monitor and update records in relevant systems, preparing periodic summaries and reports.
• Coordinate the collection, packing and shipment of faulty components for further technical investigation when required.
• Maintain inventory records and follow up on collected components to ensure proper tracking.
• Travel to workshops and service centres as required to support technical operations.
