Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented technician to support our electronics service operations in Singapore. You will assist with investigations and troubleshooting of electronic products, extract data and logs, and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems.

Your role includes monitoring records, preparing periodic reports, and coordinating the shipment of faulty components to enable further technical investigation. Will travel to workshops and service centres as required.

Qualifications

• Electronics/engineering qualification or related training.
• Familiarity with engineering testing procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations and troubleshooting of electronic products per procedures.
• Extract and retrieve product data and logs using designated tools.
• Perform data entry and documentation in internal and external management systems.
• Monitor and update records; prepare periodic summaries and reports.
• Coordinate collection, packing and shipment of faulty components for further investigation.
• Maintain inventory records and track collected components.
• Travel to workshops and service centres to support technical operations.

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering
