Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide support to RMA issues, including documentation and disposition. Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customers and distributors

• Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors

• Track RMA returns and shipments, including handling returned inventory, collection and shipment

• Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in the head office

• Support technical and sales supporting roles as instructed by the supervisor

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or any relevant background

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

• Possesses a good learning attitude. Proactive and initiative

• Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
