Job Description

You will be reporting to a Manufacturing Lead. You will be based in Singapore, Corporation place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Setup:
- Install and configure robotics systems, including hardware and software components.
- Perform system checks and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed during installation.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on robotics systems to ensure maximum uptime.
- Identify and diagnose issues with hardware, software, or network connections in the robotic systems.
- Replace faulty components and reprogram robots when necessary.
- Respond quickly to any system failures, providing technical support to resolve issues promptly.
- System Optimization:
- Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot, test, and refine the robotics systems.
- Provide insights on improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Assist with the implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Training & Support:
- Provide technical support and training to other team members and operators on the functionality of the robots.
- Document common troubleshooting steps and solutions to enhance the team's efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all robotics systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of safety protocols for robotic operations.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance, and repairs.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- Diploma in Robotics, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 2+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or a related technical field.
- Experience with HAI Robotics systems or similar automated solutions.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting industrial robotics hardware and software.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in robotics programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with network configurations and IoT in industrial applications.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation software.
