Responsibilities (e.g., Job Scope):
Support the Construction Manager in planning site construction works for facilities building projects.
Prepare all necessary documentation, including method statements and submissions.
Coordinate with government and utility agencies for initial site clearance.
Coordinate with QP(S) and submit required documents.
Work with a team of engineers and supervisors to execute daily site activities related to launch shaft and electrical substation works, including ERSS, deep excavation, strutting, RC works, utility diversions, and reinstatement works.
Report daily issues to the Construction Manager.
Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress on-site.
Ensure adherence to planned timelines and maintain quality controls.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports as required.
Identify and assess potential risks, minimize environmental impacts, and ensure safety procedures and environmental controls are implemented.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
