Job summary

A leading company in medical devices is seeking a professional to enhance its service education system. This role involves training trainers and distributors on repair, installation, and maintenance of medical devices, ensuring high-quality support and documentation. Responsibilities also include planning and reviewing quality management processes to improve service delivery. The candidate will play a pivotal role in addressing technical inquiries and providing support across various Business Centres.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-service training on medical devices and related products for trainers in other Business Centres and distributors, including: Repair processes (assembly and disassembly), Installation and maintenance processes, Troubleshooting.
  • Prepare service training and manage the introduction of new product repairs, including training materials and schedules.
  • Establish a service education system for medical devices and related products for engineers in other Business Centres.
  • Address technical inquiries and provide technical support (installation, maintenance, etc.) to Business Centres and distributors, both remotely and on-site (e.g., at hospitals).
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical inquiries.
  • Support Business Centres and distributors with all service and technical-related inquiries and activities.
  • Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary and act as a contact point between Business Centres and headquarters.
  • Plan and review the Quality Management Systems of repair centers to secure and enhance repair quality.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Job description

About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. The role also involves promptly tracking technical inquiries and providing remote support to other Business Centres and distributors, ensuring that all administrative documentation is accurate and complete to enhance efficiency and service quality. Additionally, it includes planning and reviewing the Quality Management System to improve repair quality in the repair centre.
