Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
- Responsible for providing services at the client’s site according to the Service Agreement.
Tasks
- Provide technical advice, system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, piping, and repair services.
- Raise safety awareness and ensure a safe working environment.
- Understand all contractual obligations and scope of supply.
- Lead and manage technicians to perform tasks efficiently, meeting quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Plan daily tasks, maintain good housekeeping, and advise clients on system improvements and best practices.
- Execute service jobs within budget and schedule, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Participate in kickoff meetings and work within approved budgets and proposals.
- Respond promptly to system abnormalities and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct monthly meetings to review reports, accounts receivable, and issues.
- Ensure completion of work orders with proper documentation.
- Provide on-the-job training to technicians.
- Manage manpower scheduling across sites.
- Support sales projects, consumables, and service support activities.
- Be on-call 24/7 for emergency responses.
Management & Safety
- Apply safety procedures and conduct risk assessments for assigned jobs or projects.
Quality
- Implement quality procedures for all activities.
Qualifications
Education
- University degree or postgraduate diploma in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
Additional Information
Experience
- Open to fresh graduates.
- 3-5 years of experience in the water treatment industry preferred.
Competencies
Technical:
- Proficient in preparing reports and documentation with minimal supervision.
- Capable of troubleshooting systems independently.
- Knowledge of piping and technical systems at a competent level.
