Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

• Responsible for providing services at the client’s site according to the Service Agreement.

Tasks

• Provide technical advice, system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, piping, and repair services.
• Raise safety awareness and ensure a safe working environment.
• Understand all contractual obligations and scope of supply.
• Lead and manage technicians to perform tasks efficiently, meeting quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Plan daily tasks, maintain good housekeeping, and advise clients on system improvements and best practices.
• Execute service jobs within budget and schedule, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and work within approved budgets and proposals.
• Respond promptly to system abnormalities and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct monthly meetings to review reports, accounts receivable, and issues.
• Ensure completion of work orders with proper documentation.
• Provide on-the-job training to technicians.
• Manage manpower scheduling across sites.
• Support sales projects, consumables, and service support activities.
• Be on-call 24/7 for emergency responses.

• Apply safety procedures and conduct risk assessments for assigned jobs or projects.

Quality

• Implement quality procedures for all activities.

Qualifications

Education

• University degree or postgraduate diploma in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.

Additional Information

Experience

• Open to fresh graduates.
• 3-5 years of experience in the water treatment industry preferred.
