We’re looking to add an Electronics Engineer (Hardware) in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As an Electronics Engineer (Hardware), you will:

Responsible for developing and designing the electronics architecture, circuits and systems for meeting future products specifications.

The key responsibilities are as below:

1. Develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to enhance value for the business and customers.
2. Perform system analysis to create optimized design solutions that meet specifications & all regulatory requirements, project timelines, and cost targets.
3. Participate in technical discussions and presentation of design solutions to customer.
4. Coordinate the fabrication, assembly and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance to specifications.
5. Author of specifications, requirements and validation plans for design module assigned.
6. Work with the Manufacturing team and suppliers throughout the product cycle in a fast-paced environment.
7. Contribute to development and design in areas such as: Embedded Microprocessor Systems, Medical Product Design, IO Standards and Protocols (e.g., USB, IR, LAN, Bluetooth), Power Electronics (e.g., DC-DC, AC-DC converters), and Analog Technologies (e.g., sensing, signal conditioning).
8. Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

1. Possess at least a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
2. Experience in embedded microprocessor system design, power management electronics and small signal analog design.
3. Knowledge in PC architecture, High Speed IO Bus protocols (such as DDR, FSB, PCI-X), signal integrity techniques and high speed hardware design.
4. Good understanding of product safety, environmental testing and EMC is an advantage.
5. Experience in medical product compliance standard such as ISO13485, is preferred.
6. Experience in product development is an advantage.
7. Simulation tools & programming skills (eg. PSpice, Python) is added advantage.
8. Good knowledge of electronics fundamental and principles.
9. Team player with strong passion for product design.
10. Overseas travel may be required.
