Position: Engineer, Quality & Reliability Engineering

We are looking for an Engineer to join our diverse Quality & Reliability Engineering team. The role involves managing the end-to-end notification and communication process for product and process changes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end notification and communication process for product and process changes.
  2. Ensure effective communication of changes to customers by collaborating with stakeholders including account-facing teams and process owners.
  3. Facilitate engineering change requirements to meet internal and customer requirements.
  4. Manage ECN scorecards regarding implementation and closure with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Track implementation progress and report to management.
  6. Facilitate customer concessions and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers until closure.
  7. Participate in cross-departmental projects.
  8. Analyze common problems and root causes, providing suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
  • Preferably experienced with SPC tools and change management & concession management.
