Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment turning ideas into reality? As a Process Control Engineer at Micron Fab 10, you will develop advanced process control, automation, and analytics solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and yields. You will gain exposure to various process areas in the fab and assist with their process control needs. Our PCS team is a hub of innovation, developing smart manufacturing applications that incorporate AI and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with process teams to develop, implement, and improve control solutions for optimal manufacturing performance.
2. Create automation tools for manufacturing and business processes to enhance efficiency.
3. Utilize manufacturing process data to perform statistical analysis or machine learning to identify issues and develop control solutions.
4. Work with a global team to maintain and improve process control applications.
5. Develop and deliver training on control systems and related topics.

Requirements :

1. PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Mechanical, Material, or Biomedical Engineering, with a passion for programming and data analysis.
2. Strong knowledge of Python or R.
3. Knowledge of process control and statistics is desirable but not mandatory.
4. Proficiency in big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) and database solutions (SQL, NoSQL) is desirable.
5. Ambitious, proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
