Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain OHSEQS Management Systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.

  • Conduct data analysis using statistical tools.

  • Co-ordinate & conduct Internal (1st party) and Vendor (2nd party) Audits.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry Standards, Specifications and Company’s Policies and Procedures.

  • Identify nonconformity and define corrective action plan.

  • Verify process and their compliance to the various ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 elements during Internal and Vendor Audits.

  • Analyze methods & practices and verify proper documentation exists.

  • Report all findings found in a clear and timely manner.

  • Identify potential risks and implement preventive action(s) / areas for improvement to prevent occurrence/recurrence.

  • Monitor in-process quality trends.

  • Generate and standardize quality report.

  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

  • Assist in co-ordination of management review meeting.

  • Monitoring of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

  1. Degree / Diploma in Quality Management or any Engineering related discipline.

  2. Possesses ISO 9001 internal auditor certification.

  3. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  4. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is preferred.

  5. Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is preferred.

  6. 2 years of relevant experience in related field.

  7. Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint preferred).
