Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesin collaboration with production teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of overall line movement. Coordinate closely with shift technicians and tool owners to facilitate equipment recovery.
• Develop and maintain equipment maintenance procedures and schedulesto ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with process ownersto develop, prioritize, and manage projects aimed at reducing defects, improving equipment availability, and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Quantify and qualify these projects to ensure their effectiveness.
• Act as the liaison between facilities, vendor representatives, and shift personnel. Engage with process owners and tool vendors to develop new hardware, software, and technologies that enhance process and equipment performance.
• Prepare and publish detailed reportssummarizing improvements in equipment availability and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure all team members complete their learning and trainingas scheduled, maintaining a high standard of competency and compliance.
