We’re looking to add a Engineer, Manufacturing in Singapore. The position is based in our GES Site in Marsiling.

As a Engineer, Manufacturing, you will:

Be responsible for providing operational supports to sustain manufacturing of advanced laboratory instruments throughout the product life cycle.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Engage in manufacturing activities at Top-Level Assembly.
• Generate and update Manufacturing Instructions for Production Lines.
• Evaluate and perform first level failure analysis on Production fallouts.
• Production Line setup and equipment planning for new product launch.
• Provide DFM and PFMEA report for NPI projects.
• Work Improvement or Cycle Time reduction projects.
• Analyzes and plan workstation layout, workflow and conduct IE Time Study.
• Support BOM and Change Management.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates may also apply with knowledge in Chemical Thermodynamics or Thermo-mechanical engineering.
• 0 -2 years of experience or internship experience in engineering, preferably in the scientific instrumentation or precision equipment industry, or thermal and rheological analysis equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
