Our shared mission is to amplify, augment and accelerate the Home Team’s advantage and secure Singapore as the safest place on planet earth.We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Manager (Engineer/Lead Engineer) who possesses the right skills to play a critical role in driving and developing digital products for Singapore homeland security. This ideal candidate should possess the ability to work well with others in the product management team and also be a good fit with the company culture. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and grow an array of in-house digital products related to AI-driven computer vision, audio analytics and sensors & IoT technology throughout its lifecycle from ideation to launch, and continuous improvement while promoting a product-centric development culture within HTX.

What you will be working on:

Define and execute product visions, development roadmaps and strategies that meet business objectivesCollect, analyze, and translate user needs into product opportunitiesConduct market research an analysis to identify new opportunities or product development and growthAlign with users and stakeholders on product requirements and user storiesCollaborate with development team to plan, prioritize, and manage product backlogs.Manage the product development process using agile methodologiesEnsure timely delivery of product releases and reviews with key stakeholdersCollaborate with solution and design team to develop go-to-market strategy for new products or featuresCollect, analyze, and report key metrics provide insights into product performanceMonitor user feedback to optimize user experience by rectifying errors, improving existing features, or identifying new featuresManage the product life cycle and ensure in-house developed products remain relevant in bringing value to usersSupport Head of product management in planning and executing product roadmapsSupport training on product management

What we are looking for:

Technical requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.At least 3 – 12 years of experience in product management or related fieldFamiliar with agile development methodologies and digital productsGood to have experience in AI-driven computer vision, audio analytics and sensors & IoT technologyOther requirementsInterested in innovation and keeping abreast with emerging technologies and industry trendsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsCustomer-centric mindset with passion to build great productsStrong leadership skill and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously*** All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
