Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee maintenance activities. Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors on day-to-day operations.

• Prepare and manage quotations for improvements, repair and rectification works.
• Verifying contractors' quotations, service reports and invoices on job completion.
• Oversee maintenance activities and day-to-day facilities operations.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors.
• Prepare tender specifications and related documentation.
• Prepare minutes of meetings, progress reports and daily reports.
• Assist in ad-hoc FM duties including inspections and logistics for events.

Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors on the day-to-day operations
• Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Prepare and manage quotations for improvement, repair and rectification works
• Verifying contractors' quotations, service reports and invoices upon job completion
• Oversee the coordination of maintenance activities, support user onboarding, and manage day-to-day facilities operations, including Ad-Hoc Addition & Alteration works requests
• Prepare quotation and issuing of Purchase Order to contractors and ensure works carried out accordingly to quote in timely and orderly manner
• To conduct interval building inspection, elevate the buildings condition and provide inspection report with recommendation when require
• Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
• To schedule and conduct building inspections to identify building maintenance defects
• Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical, external works including temporary works, with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors
• Preparation of tender specification and documentations
• Prepare minutes of meeting, material & shop drawing submissions, progress report, work schedules and daily reports, etc
• Any other ad-hoc FM related duties

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Facilities Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or related industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Due to the sensitive classification of the job nature, only Singaporean candidates will be considered.
