Engineer II (IT)

Job Responsibilities
  1. General Helpdesk support.
  2. Desktop / Laptop support.
  3. Shop floor system and site level applications support.
  4. Basic server administration.
  5. Basic network administration.
  6. IT asset management.
  7. Liaise with Vendor and internal operational staff.
  8. Ensure the compliance of Corporate IT policies and procedures.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  1. Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  4. Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016 server installation, configuration.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  7. Basic Network Knowledge.
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications, Google Workspace.
