Job Responsibilities

1. Support Digitalisation Transformation team members in the areas of IT / OT cyber security measures, including assessment of project scopes, budgetary and proposal.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, security standards, trends / best practices, offensive techniques, and tools.
3. Troubleshoot security and network problems.
4. Plan and deliver training to all employees on Cybersecurity Awareness.
5. Support and maintain ICT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Backup, Virtual Platforms, etc.).
6. Provide remote and onsite helpdesk, end-user computing support to internal users.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
