Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe is seeking an engineer/scientist to support Global Operations & Quality in Singapore. You will work cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes, develop experiments, and address CAPAs and audits.

The role includes creating work instructions and leading project plans to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or a scientific field, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with MS Office and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific field required.
• Good computer skills in MS Office Suite including MS Project; CAD experience preferred.
• Basic documentation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Basic understanding of statistical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes using LEAN methods for continuous improvement.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry.
