Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Global Facilities Standardization Engineer to lead TPM and standardization across a worldwide Facilities network.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities engineering within semiconductor manufacturing, plus leadership in Lean, TPM, and problem-solving; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Facilities, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities O&M / Facilities Engineering experience in semiconductor fab or large-scale manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s) with training sessions/workshops.
• Track, assess and communicate TPM adherence and standardization progress.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve operations performance, reliability, and cost.
• Standardize Preventative Maintenance Procedures across the Facilities network.
• Collaborate with Global Facilities Central Engineering to develop Best Known Methods for O&M.
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with Best Known Methods.
• Lead standardization projects to align operations and maintenance across sites.
• Design and deliver innovative solutions supporting a high-performance culture.

As a Global Facilities Standardization Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for all Facilities operations.

You will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Track, assess, and communicate the progress of Standardization and TPM adherence for your assigned site(s).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Facilities, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities O&M / Facilities Engineering experience supporting a semiconductor fab or large-scale manufacturing plant, including ownership and execution of facilities-related projects with milestone management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
• Demonstrated leadership and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOP's), work instructions, and training materials.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
