Job summary

AURORA TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a committed electronics engineer on a full-time basis to support project execution for fully assembled products, manage timeline tracking, and coordinate resources to ensure production readiness.

You will assist with NPI and product transfer, contribute to product engineering activities including ECN coordination and CAPA, and help maintain essential FAA and manufacturing documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internships advantageous.
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on technical work and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects for assembled products, tracking timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring production readiness.
• Assist NPI and product transfer activities from development to mass production.
• Support product engineering: ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering and production issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation including FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of projects for complete assembled products, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, and production readiness activities
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, assisting with the transition of products from development to mass production
• Assist with product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and timely resolution of engineering and production issues
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining product documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans, and manufacturing records

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or industrial attachment experience will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, product engineering, NPI, and manufacturing processes
• Enjoys hands‑on technical work and is willing to learn
