Mission:

· Drive innovation and development of cutting-edge fire safety products.

· Manage product lifecycle from concept to market success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Engineering & Development:

o Design, develop, test, and modify fire protection products/systems.

o Create technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.

o Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments (FMEA).

o Ensure compliance with industry standards (NFPA, UL, EN, etc.).

o Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA.

· Product Management & Strategy:

o Conduct market research (customer needs, trends, competitors).

o Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

o Develop product requirements and user stories.

o Manage product lifecycle and market launch.

o Monitor product performance and gather feedback.

· Project & Stakeholder Management:

o Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

o Communicate with internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Required (Experienced):

o Minimum 1 year in product engineering/development or product management (fire protection or related safety industry ideal).

· Required (Graduates):

o Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Fire Protection, or similar).

o Demonstrable passion for product development & fire safety (via projects, internships).

· Required (All Applicants):

o Strong engineering and product development understanding.

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

o Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

· Desirable:

o Familiarity with fire protection codes/standards (NFPA, UL, FM, EN54).

o CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

o Project management experience.

o Market analysis/product marketing understanding.
