Engineer (Fire Protection Systems Contractor) - Tracy T.

Our client, a well-established fire protection system contractor with over 15 years of expertise in Singapore’s building industry, is highly regarded for providing comprehensive, one-stop solutions for both civil and building projects.

To support their expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Engineer with a passion for technical work, compliance, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and align the design, coordination of fire protection systems.

• Prepare technical submissions, materials take-off, and site documentation.

• Support site inspections, testing & commissioning works, and defect rectification.

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities (e.g., SCDF, BCA).

• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company standards.

• Track project schedules and report progress to the Project Engineer/Manager

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent

• 1–3 years of experience in fire protection or M&E contracting

• Knowledge of Singapore Fire Code and local authority requirements preferred

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills
