Facilities Building Services – Construction Engineer is responsible for leading and managing building construction and building services projects to achieve safety, cost, schedule, quality, and sustainability objectives. This role covers the full lifecycle of construction and building services‑related initiatives, including new installations, maintenance, retrofits, renovations, refurbishments, upgrades, and renewal programs across CSA and M&E systems. Additional responsibilities include facilities maintenance systems administration, support services, plumbing and sanitary, office fit‑out and layout planning, and building‑related maintenance, documentation and administration.
