Job summary

We’re searching for an Engineerto be part of ourEtchdiverse team of talent. You will be responsible to manage the integration of all modules' processes and the respective derivatives.

What you will be working on:

  • Responsible for new Process Development and/or Process Transfer

  • Process optimization for Yield and Productivity improvement

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Process related issues

  • Sustain and/or improve Process Capability, CpK

  • Qualify and release tools for required MFG capacity

  • Qualify alternate sources for Cost improvement

  • Plan and execute Engineering Projects

  • Continuous improvement through participation in 10k idea, LSS & BKM to create cost effective and robust processes with quality.

  • Setup, monitor and maintain SPC charts

  • Adhere and complete necessary documentation

More about you:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment.

  • Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principle and wafer fabrication processes

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft business applications

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Team Player

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Positive learning attitude

  • Able to take pressure under time-constrained situations

  • Detail-oriented
